'Hello everyone . I would like to present to you one more family cooking style .it is called Chab Chay in khmer language or Pork Soup with mixed vegetables. This is one of popular food that we will cook during any special events or party. There will be so many things in one big pot like a chicken , pork or duck and vegetable in on hug pot,so we all can eat longer during our holiday or party . Here are what you will need to cook this : - pork - Chinese broccoli - coriander leaves - cabbage - carrots - dry mushrooms - Daikon or Chinese radish - cooking oil - garlic - msg - sugar If you want to know how to cook ,just watch video until finish ,and you can choose your own choice if you want add other vegetable in your own pot that you like in this pork soup.
